Co-Op Cooking Event: Collect & Combine for Community Success

1. Co-Op Cooking Event Overview
The Co-Op Cooking Event is part of update 1.17.0, introducing collaborative cooking mechanics where players collect ingredients and combine them to create delicious recipes.
The community cooking event starts on August 2, 2025, and ends on August 16, 2025, giving players two weeks to collect ingredients and combine their culinary skills.
After this collaborative cooking experience, the cooking mechanism will become a permanent feature of the game through cooking kits, allowing continuous collection and combination of ingredients.
Trading functionality is also added with this update, enabling players to collect and combine resources through community collaboration.
2. Co-Op Cooking Mechanics
- The heavier the plant (the more food placed in the pot), the more time the plant gains on the pot timer, but it will give more rewards and points for community collection.
- The more food points a player collects, the better the rewards and combination opportunities.
- If the food given to Chris P. is what he currently wants to eat, then it will upgrade one level (e.g., if he wants ice cream, then Holy Ice Cream will upgrade to Prism Ice Cream), creating better collection value.
2.1. Co-Op Cooking Rewards
Cooking pots can be used to combine ingredients and make food from different types of crops collected from your garden.
Finding better recipes based on the type of food a player combines and makes for Chris P. will yield better rewards and collection opportunities.
If Chris P. is satisfied with your combined ingredients, he will give the player one or more of the following rewards:
2.2. Connoisseur Food Reviews & Collection
Once players collect and hand over mutated food to the Rat Connoisseur, a menu will be displayed to the player, containing three different items from the reward table below, prompting the player to choose one to collect and keep (players can also use 89 to skip the review, getting the same reward but with a higher chance of collecting extra rewards):
2.3. Kitchen Storm Collection
Triggered when players collect and fill the Kitchen Storm meter by providing food to Chris P. and accumulate 40 points, lasting for 10 minutes of intense cooking collaboration.
During Kitchen Storm activation, for every 40 points collected and accumulated, the storm level will increase, and its effects will also be enhanced for better ingredient collection.

2.6. Collection Disclaimer
Disclaimer: These are not all possible recipes; these are just the recipes that have been discovered and collected by the community.
2.7. Collection Note
Note: If players randomly collect and put in ingredients, they will mostly get soup, but players can refer to Chris P.'s nearby recipe book to understand what ingredients certain recipes should collect and combine.
2.8. Collection Example
Example: In the "Hot Dog" section, players need to collect and prepare 1 portion of chili/fire lily/cactus and 1 portion of corn as basic ingredients for making a hot dog. Any additional materials collected will increase its rank based on the rarity of the fruit (for example, collecting and adding more prismatic crops may result in prismatic/supernatural food).

- Recipe Unlocking: Players need to collect ingredients and cook a food at least once to unlock it in the recipe book.
